Information we collect

Audit and form data: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, brand name, website, revenue and ad spend ranges, channels, challenges, and your SMS consent choice with its timestamp.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we transfer data outside the EEA or UK, including to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How to exercise your rights

We respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days where permitted, and will tell you if we need more time. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or submitting an "Appeal" request. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

SMS and email communications

If you consent to text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in line with the CAN-SPAM Act; we process unsubscribes promptly.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described, typically up to 24 months after your last interaction for leads and inquiries, longer where required by law or to resolve disputes. Client records are retained per our service agreements.
